Faith in Action organizes council activities into four distinct, mission-driven categories (Four Core Pillars):
- Faith
- Family
- Community
- Life
At the start of the Fraternal year (July & August) The Directors should create the council’s month-by-month Program calendar.
- This calendar should be shared at the monthly Officer Meeting
- Confirm that the schedule will work with the rest of the council calendar and make adjustments where necessary.
- Look for synergies where programs from other Directors can be done in parallel/programs that compliment one another.
Proposed Programs for the start of the year follow:
July
- Faith – Into the Breach
- Kick off the men’s formation video series at the start of the fraternal year so groups can finish before AdventFamily – Family Prayer Night
- Launch the monthly rotation before fall schedule fills up

- Community – Bright Futures
- Coordinate school/library support before the new school year begins
August
- Faith – Pilgrim Icon Program
- Family – Building the Domestic Church Kiosk
September
- Faith – Rosary Program (promotion)
- Promote the program in the September bullitensCommunity – Catholic Citizenship Essary Contest
- Opens with the new school year for grades 8-12
- Promote the program in the September bullitensCommunity – Catholic Citizenship Essary Contest
- Life – Special Olympics
